At our school we have had a winter tourment going on and there were different sports to choose from which were Boccia, Netball, Rugby and soccer. I choose to play soccer. We went down to Henley school to play all those sports. In my team there were: Maximus, Rick, Wouter, Reuben, Logan, Anthony, Tim, Marcus, Luca and Ajay. Our first game was against Henley and we lost 2-1, our next game was against Richmond and we won 6-0, then we were in the finals and we lost as well, which was a shame. Then later on we watched the Saint Paul’s rugby team because they got 3rd in the competition and now they have gone further to the Regionals, which are at the end of this term on a Thursday. We wish them good luke because they will need it to pass the Regionals and maybe they will make it into inter-schools.

Lets try to get more of our girls involved in football this term. There aere about 6 girls keen in Kotuku and hopefully some starters in Kereru if you remember to inviter them to a lunchtime kick around.
